1. What are your business hours?
We have salespeople responding to your email requests or processing your online order once we receive them. We start to review your details whenever your order or email reaches us. Online chat time from 8:30 AM-17:30 PM China Standard Time (GMT+8).
2. How can l get a quote?
You could directly send an RFO to an online service person or send an RFQ to us. Don't forget to attach your Gerber files and other necessary files for the PCBA quotation.
3. What files are required to get a quotation from you?
Gerber file: CAM350 RS274X
PCB file: Protel 99SE, P-CAD 2001 PCBBOM: Excel (PDF, word, txt, we prefer Excel format)3D files: *.STp format
4. How can you manufacture PCBA at such a low price?

5. What if l am dissatisfied with PCBs from our company?
If you find any defects with your receipt PCBAs or have any dissatisfaction with our products or services, please immediately let us know via online chat or send an email to us. we will respond to serve you within 24 hours and finally satisfy you.
6. How does your privacy policy work?
A. Protecting all PCB and PCB assembly data provided to us by customers from being stolen, compromised, or used in violation of this policy.
B. We will not share, release, publish, disclose, rent, or sell any personally identifiable information to any third parties.
C. Providing transparency for our users in regards to the PCB data we collect and what we do with the data provided; including what access third parties have to user data.

7. What are your capabilities in PCBA manufacturing?
The factory covers an area of ot8000 square meters, owing to 10 production lines, of which there are 5 high-speed Juki machine SMD production lines, 2 through holes, and 3 assembly lines.
8. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7~10 days and depends on production difficulty. For mass production, the lead time is 30-40 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. in all cases we will try to accommodate your needs, In most cases we can do so.
9. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Generally, you can make the payment to our bank account, T/T: 50% deposit in advance.
50% balance against the copy of B/L.
10. What is the product warranty?
We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. in warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone's satisfaction
11. How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also the most expensive way. By sea, freight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of the amount, weight, and way. Please contact us for further information
12. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Besides samples, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. if you are an old customer, you could contact our salesman.
13. Can I supply components?
Yes. However, please note that components exported to our offshore assembly facility will incur customs duty and may delay the project.
14. How do you handle unused or unpopulated components?
We can keep it in our stock or return it to you, whatever you prefer.
