1. How can l pay?
We accept payments by PayPal, cash, bank transfer (T/T) or VISA.
2. what is your testing policy and how do you control the quality?
For the sample, usually tested by a flying probe; for PCB Volume over 3 square meters, usually tested by fixture, this will be faster. Due to there being many steps to PCB production, we usually inspect every step.
3. what is IPC and do you follow IPC standards?
IPC 6012 Class 2 and 3 for manufacturing
4. What board manufacturer do you use for FR4?
Our main suppliers for the FR4 board: are Kingboard (Hong Kong), NanYa (Taiwan), and shengyi (china)
5. Do you have PCB in stock?
No. Our PCB boards are custom-made products, all produced depending on clients Gerber file
6. can you manufacture my PCBs from a picture file?
No, we cannot accept BMP, GIF, TIFF, or JPG pictures as the manufacturing file. If you do not have a gerber file, you can send us a sample to copy it.
7. How do we know your quality? Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we can offer samples, but you have to pay first, once you do mass production from us, the sample fee will pay back to your account! I believe we can do long-term business!
8. what is your MoQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
There is no MOQ. We can handle small as well as large volume production with flexibility.

10. what do you require to produce an assembly quotation?
Bill of materials (BOM) detailing the components to be fitted to the PCB with the manufacturer's parts numbers and the components suppliers' parts numbers (e.g. Digi-key, Mouser, RS ).
11. will my PcB files be checked?
Yes. Your data will be checked with our design rule check
12. My assembly company needs the PcBs as panelized, can you do this for me?
Yes. We can penalize your circuits upon your request.
13. What's your shipping way?
We have our forwarder to ship goods by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, and EMS.
If you have your forwarder, we can cooperate with them.
14. What is needed for quotation?
PCB: Quantity, Gerber file, and Technic requirements(material, surface finish treatment, copper thickness, board thickness,...)
PCBA: PCB information, BOM, (Testing documents...)
15. Are my files safe?
Your files are held in complete safety and security. We protect the intellectual property of our customers in the whole process. All documents from customers are never shared with any third parties.
16. What is your main area of expertise - prototype or production PCBs?
Both. We have a dedicated facility just to deal with prototypes and also manufacture hundreds of thousands of PCBs at a time without compromising on quality or lead time.
17. Can I get a quote after hours?
Sure, after you submit an inquiry via email or website, we will contact you and quote you within 24hours
18. can supply components?
Yes. However, please note that components exported to our offshore assembly facility will incur customs duty and may delay the project.
19. How do you handle unused or unpopulated components?
We can keep it in our stock or return it to you, whatever you prefer.
